Ingredients

  • 2 ripe banana
  • 2 Ice cubes, as desired
  • 2 cups of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Peel the banana and chop it into small pieces.
  • 2. Place the banana chunks, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract into a blender.
  • 3. Add of ice cubes as desired and blend everything together until smooth and creamy.
  • 4. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness as needed with additional honey or maple syrup.
  • 5. If the shake is too thick, add more milk until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • 6. Pour the banana shake into glasses and serve right away.
